D#5, HW#4, Annotated Bib

Elders, J. & Levine, J. (2002). Harmful to minors: The perils of protecting children from sex. Minneapolis/London: University of Minnesota Press.

This book looks like it would be a wonderful source for my paper because it supports my thesis that abstinence-only sex education is not only not working, but also harmful! I found this source useing MCC's Ebrary database.

Ridini, S. (1998). Health & sexuality education in schools: The process of social change. Greenwood Publishing Group, Incorporated.

This book would be resourceful because it discusses social change and how that has affected sexuality education and vice versa. I also found this book through MCC's Ebrary database.

Silverberg, C. (2007). Abstinence-only sex education: Defining and assessing abstinence-only sexual health education. Retrieved July 11, 2007, from http://sexuality.about.com/od/saferse1/a/abstinenceonly.htm.

This is a webpage that I found that goes into detail about what abstinence-only sex education is and if it really works. It also is a great link to other sources that I can use. I found this by searching on google.
