D#6, HW#1, Reading Reflection

This weeks readings were mainly review with a few new ideas and concepts included. I have been taught how to correctly summarize and paraphrase sources since I can rememebr, but from time to time it is very easy to mess up on doing that. So iI thought it was a good refresher to read. Also, we have all been told not to plagiarize since forever, but we still sometimes fall into that trap. Sometimes without even knowing we are doing it! I think that plagiarism is something we all must be very careful about when writing anything, especially our research papers for this course. I think that's why this weeks reading was so crucial! If we summarize, paraphrase, and quote properly we can avoid the deathy trap or plagairism. I definately plan on implementing this weeks readings into the writing of my research paper as well as other works of writing I will do in teh future. This weeks readings would be beneficial to review and brush-up on before writing any reports etc. in the future.
